Every month we host 3 weekend breaks and 3 parties. Each weekend break is built around the party.

The Main House
- We (Jo and David) live in the middle floor of the house, which also includes the kitchen, lounge and a guest bathroom
- The top floor has three guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom, plus a terrace for sunbathing
- The lower floor is Kevin's apartment and is off limits except to people invited in by Kevin
The Playhouse
- A Bar and Lounge Area
- A Kitchen and Snack Bar
- A Dungeon
- An Orgy Room
- 2 Other Playrooms
- A Glory Hole
- Communal Shower

- An outside Smokers Area
The Gardens & Pool
- There are extensive gardens with plenty of areas for al fresco sexual activity.
- There is a 10 x 4 metre swimming pool open during the warmer months
- There is a picnic area with a BBQ and outdoor kitchen

In a Four Week Month
- The first Saturday of the month is a BDSM & Fetish Party for all kinksters.
- The second Saturday of the month is a swingers party for Couples, Single Ladies and Trios.
- The fourth Saturday of the month is a swingers party for Couples, Single Ladies and Trios.
In a Five Week Month
- The first Saturday of the month is a BDSM & Fetish Party for all kinksters.
- The second Saturday of the month we are closed.
- The third Saturday of the month is a swingers party for Couples, Single Ladies and Trios.
- The fourth Saturday of the month we are closed.
- The fifth Saturday of the month is a swingers party for Couples, Single Ladies and Trios.
